Francie O’Shea has done it again… she’s whipped out another cookbook “Food From The Farmlet–Francie’s Favorite Recipes.” This second book of tried and true recipes is in the beautiful hand-lettered and illustrated format like her first book “Cooking at the Cafe.”
Francie has volunteered in our Food Court for many years since closing her popular Cafe Croissant. We’re mighty glad to have her help.

Each class will have a gluten/dairy/meat free dish, including the Dessert class which can include my all time favorite Francie’s Cinnamon Walnut Apples with Coconut Cream Ice Cream. Please let me know when you register about your dietary restrictions. Also I will be serving a beautiful fresh green salad with all classes except for Delicious Desserts.
