Program Guidelines
If you own a food truck, restaurant, or food cart and are interested in vending at the festival, we welcome your application! Organizations shall apply for food booth space to Corvallis Fall Festival by submitting the completed food booth application as well as submission of required documents (including festival menu with current pricing and a booth photo) by June 1, 2026.
Corvallis Fall Festival retains the right to select booths from the applications received. Selection will be based on providing a variety of high-quality food options to festival guests and on the physical space available to safely operate food booths. The festival is proud of its 50-year history of supporting worthy Benton County charitable organizations through volunteer opportunities and donations generated by the festival’s food court. From the festival’s commission on food sales from each vendor, 5% will be donated to a different designated Benton County charitable organization.

Important Dates:
June 1: Application and Proof of Insurance Due
June 15: Acceptance Notifications and Invoices Emailed by this Date
June 30: Reservation Fee Payment Due
September 25: Set Up According to Specific Load-in Instructions (All arrivals scheduled before 3PM)
September 26: 10 AM – 9PM Includes Saturday Night Street Dance; artist booths close at 6PM
September 27: 10AM – 5PM 53rd Corvallis Fall Festival
October 5: Sales Commission Due
